Chapter 2. Deploying an Application on JBoss Note: In this chapter: In the last chapter we focused on getting the application server up and running. Now we will see how to build a simple web application, get it running on the server, and then monitor it. The pattern of build-install-test-monitor is standard in engineering; in this chapter, we'll see how to do those things in JBoss. The application titled "The Great Albert Einstein Quote Machine" demonstrates the deployment of a web application on JBoss while dispensing interesting quotes.
